indication	Used to treat systemic and local infections caused by sensitive bacteria, including respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, sepsis (systemic inflammatory response caused by bacteria entering the bloodstream), bacterial endocarditis, bone and joint infections, abdominal infections, reproductive system infections, etc. It is highly effective against Escherichia coli and has strong antibacterial activity against Enterobacteriaceae bacteria such as Proteus and Salmonella. In addition, it can also be used to treat bacterial diseases in fish, such as sepsis, enteritis, gill rot.
Usage and Dosage	Required reading: The dosage varies depending on the type of animal and the severity of the infection, and must be calculated according to the veterinarian's prescription and product instructions. -Horses (foals), cows (calves): The general reference dose is 20-40 mg/kg body weight. Horses usually take it three times a day, while calves may take it every 6-8 hours according to research. -Goat: usually 20-40 mg/kg body weight, twice a day. -Dogs and cats: generally 25-50 mg/kg body weight, 2-3 times a day. -Poultry: can be administered through mixed drinking, for oral absorption only. The reference dose for poultry is 30-50 mg/kg body weight/day, administered by injection 2-3 times, or according to the concentration of drinking water (such as adding 20g of this product to 100kg of water). -Fish: Use medication according to the weight of the fish, usually 20mg/kg body weight, or take an appropriate amount of medicinal bath. -Administration route: Intramuscular (IM), intravenous (IV), or subcutaneous (SC) injection.

Precautions	Must read! -Extra Label Use: In countries such as the United States, cefotaxime sodium is classified as "extra label use" in species such as dogs, cats, and horses, meaning that the FDA has not approved specific animal indications and must be used under the guidance of a licensed veterinarian. -Taboo: Animals allergic to penicillin or cephalosporin antibiotics are prohibited from use. -Pre medication examination: Bacterial culture and drug sensitivity testing should be conducted before use to reduce drug resistance. -Not suitable for oral administration: Cefotaxime sodium has poor absorption when taken orally and must be administered by injection. -Drug interactions: Avoid co administration with diuretics (such as furosemide) that may affect kidney function. -Storage: The prepared solution can be stably stored for 10 days if refrigerated (about 5 ºC), and can be frozen for up to 6 months. It cannot be frozen again after thawing.
