Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection is usually used for serious bacterial infections
Indication:
Mainly used for certain Gram-negative and positive bacterial infections,such as: sepsis, urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections, gastrointestinal infections (including peritonitis), biliary tract infections, mastitis and skin and soft tissue infections.
Contra indications:
1. Hypersensitivity to gentamycin.
2. Administration to animals with a serious impaired liver and/or renal function.
3. Concurrent administration with nephrotoxic substances.
Side effects:
Hypersensitivity reactions.
High and prolonged application may result in neurotoxicity, ototoxicity or nephrotoxicity.
Dosage:
For intramuscular administration:
General: Twice daily 1ml.per 20-40kg.body weight for 3days.
